SPEAKER PROFILE

With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a seasoned finance and business management professional, author, and founder.
I have authored a comprehensive guide on budgeting and forecasting principles for hospitality, and founded eHotel Management School, an online platform that offers over 30 courses on various aspects of hospitality management to over 100,000 students.
As the chief financial officer at Htoo Hospitality, I manage the overall business for six destinations, 15 hotels, and 800+ room inventory, with a manpower strength of 1500+.
I also serve as the acting CEO and head of business, setting up strategies and steering the re-opening of key hotels post covid.
I have successfully implemented ERP, management reporting systems, financial planning and analysis processes, and data visualization tools to optimize the operations and performance of the hotels.
